Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Warehouse Executive job in Nallasopara East, Pelhar. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Update and maintain material inward/outward entries in ERP system daily.
2.Prepare and verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Slips.
3.Conduct stock reconciliation between physical and system inventory regularly.
4.Track and monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder levels for all items.
5.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports from ERP.
6.Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams to ensure accurate stock data.
7.Handle material return / rejection entries in the ERP.
8.Support internal and external audits by providing accurate stock reports.
9.Identify and correct any discrepancies between ERP records and physical stock.
10.Ensure smooth material traceability and proper item code management.
